Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid movements. The sequence is often change to challenge the body mechanism and ensure that the body is energized.  The flow improves strength, flexibility and co-ordinations.
