This is a multi-level class to warm up your body, release your lethargic muscles, tied joints, tension and mobility movement.

Pilates for Hips, Belly and Buttock, featured in True Fitness Social Media (Half an hour)

This is a fundamental Pilates where there is an explanation of how you engage with your core.  Doing home based Pilates, we would like you to execute your workout safely with proper connection.  Your safety is our priority and do it with mindfulness, control and in good form.

Pilates Matwork Flow (20 minutes)

This is a multi-level class consists of warm up, abdominal, obliques, hips, legs, buttocks and coordination.  It’s very effective if you focus on a slow and steady form.  Attempt this class at your level as there are options for your to adopt.

Myofascial is a connective tissues that will help you release your tied knots, chronic pain, sciatica nerves and knees pain for the legs.  The biggest muscles in our body is our legs.  In the functional training, legs are essential in our body as it takes us to places.  If you’re staying at home and use very little on the legs, your  muscle will turn atrophy refers to the loss of muscle tissue.  Standby two tennis balls or therapy balls and two yoga blocks.

Vinyasa Yoga Excerpt of Live Class (12 minutes)

A quick-fix Vinyasa Yoga to rejuvenate your body, mindfulness, flow and rejuvenate your entire body.  Focus on your breathing and execution of your flow to reap the benefits.   Standby two blocks.  You can also go without the blocks.
