This course is suitable for beginners who wish to embark Yoga in your lifestyle. Gentle Yoga is ideal for seniors or those who wish to restart your yoga practice. You’ll learn basic asanas using the help of block, strap and wheel to deepen your stretch effectively.
Guide to pranayama (various breathing techniques) under the supervision of an experienced teacher. These breath works are therapeutic, cleansing and calming.
8-week course program. Every Monday, 7pm to 8pm. Limited spots. A minimum of 10 pax to start the course.
