Yin yoga is a gentle and relaxing style focusing on specific asanas and hold for a slightly longer duration.
A practical session to release connective tissues, tendons, fascia, muscles and ligaments. The aim is to increase flexibility to the joints, release tensions and allow the breathing to take place.
Through the cultivation of breath awareness and synchronization of meridians, pressure points, chakras opening; students achieve an inner awareness, quiet down the bustle mind, and restore tired body.
A complete restoration of mental, emotion and physical body at the end of the session.
