Sunset Yoga is our studio creation. It’s a vinyasa class. Fluid movement through asanas. Rest assured that the flow is steadily slow to ensure students reap the best benefits, realign the body safely and consistently applying good breathing.

Strength is involved for some poses to challenge the body and improve circulatory system. Heat is generated from within to burn fats, lose weight and improve overall physiological function.
